I had a friend who's from Philippines here in America. And we're all planning to visit Philippines as soon as possible. So can you give me some details about the weather, tourist spots, and the best time to visit Philippines? Thanks xoxox

Well, the best time to visit the Philippines is between January to March. For the weather is so cool. The sea is calm and you can freely go island hopping without any danger. You can visit Corregidor Island. Also Batanes, Banaue Rice Terraces, Hundred Islands, Ilocandia, Vigan, Taal Volcano and Mayon Volcano as well as some beaches in Batangas, Cavite, as well as resorts in Laguna, Rizal, Batangas, and many more. By the way, these are only in the Northern Part of the Philippines, in Luzon. There are lots of scenic spots also in the Visayan and Mindanao Regions. Boracay! from march to may
Depends on what kinda things you like to do. If your young and want to part then I would suggest Manila or the bigger cities. Manila has it all if your into shopping,clubbing,more shopping and the vast vast variety of foods. Weather is pretty much really tropical during most of the year actually. December to Feb is really busy and plenty of tourists so I would advise you go another time. Other than that research is key.

Well, if you don't want hot weather, to Bagiuo City and/or Tagaytay which is highlands so it is cold with good scenery. Summers happen here in Philippines between April to May so it is good to go in a beach, like Boracay or to Subic and Ocean Park. It is said that our cleanliest place here is in Puerto Prinsesa, lots of green there! In Bohol are our Chocolate Hills and Tarshiers! Actually, there are many good places in our country, especially by natural resources and some are made by our ancestors like the Rice Terraces in Banawe, Ifugao. It will be your choice, depends on what you like to see. By the way, Thank you for having an interest to visit here, actually, you tourists are helping us to develop more, Thank you very much. Go to the chocolate hills.....and especially go to Mall of Asia. The biggest mall in Asia....Last time i went there I got lost in the mall. lol.

WEATHER during March and May is sunny ( perfect for a vacation! ), but do bring umbrellas, etc since there can be a rainshower anytime ) Visit also these places in Manila :D Bonifacio High Street / Serendra - in Bonifacio Global City ,socialites go there :D , very modern ;) SM Mall of Asia - 3rd largest mall in the world, the largest of all SM Supermalls in the Philippines Alabang Town Center in Muntinlupa City - popular place ;) Manila Ocean Park - features the indigenous species of the Philippines, just opened a few months ago. the weather is usually dry but it rains from time to time, so be ready with an umbrella at hand, okay? the best time to visit is from march to may coz you could really feel and experience the tropical climate. for beaches: the best ones would be Boracay, Puerto Galera, Batangas, Siargao and Subic For sights, try the Banaue rice terraces, Baguio city, Tagaytay, Subic, Shopping districts would certainly be around the Metro Manila area, if you like shopping, i recommend, Glorietta, Rockwell, SM Mall of Asia, Greenbelt, The Fort...

I highly recommend Palawan, it has many beautiful beaches. Try to search El Nido Resort in the internet, it's quite expensive there but the cost covers airfare, accommodation, meals and activities like kayaking and boating. Underground River in Palawan is also a must see place. If you like diving or snorkeling Apo Island near Dumaguete is a good diving spot. I've been there once and you can check it thru the net. The weather here is unpredictable, it's either warm or raining but the hottest months are March to May.
Well,definitely we have so much tourist spots in country.Though i will suggest the "hundred islands",it is simply because it is unique,glamouros,nice weather place, nice facilities and you will see those aquatic life that you never seen.And people who live in the home of hundred islands was hospitable.and that is Alaminos City,Pangasinan.And i live in that place.
Now Luzon & Visayas are having flood... beacause of the typhoon yesterday. For Safety, avoid going to Mindanao... Armed Forces are having a battle with the Terrorists...
