Where in Manila or Makati can I rent an unexpensive place/pension house for a month?

I am only staying in Manila for a month. I need a place that will allow me to stay for a month but it should at least have a bed, airconditioner and bathroom . It could be a pension house, serviced apartment or the likes. It should not be more expensive if I stay in a hotel.
