What happen if philippines will move to north or will move away from the equator?
Well... If this will happen, is there a chance to have a winter in philippines? Snow?

- yes , if it moves far enough
- It depends on how far the country will be up north.
- of course.. it can happen.. but it has to be far enough to the north..
- Then all hell break loose because the whitening soap companies will no longer make any money to sell it especially those who uses it. Imagine that!
- Winter and snow, yes. But how will the squatters of Manila survive the winter? Anyone remembers how many squatters died during a brief period of chilly 60 F + degrees in the 1960s? Our homes are designed for summer climate and will have to be fitted with heating systems, etc. I wouldn't trade our balmy weather for all the winter fun.
- Assuming that it happens. Philippines will no longer be a sub-tropical country. Philippines will experience having a white Christmas. Dream come true to some Filipinos.
- If that happens, I will force the equator to move itself closer to the Philippines. I can not afford bitter winters at my age!
